Eric and Rachelle Himelick are alumni of Union Bible College and parents of Kaylynn, Rebecca and Sarah. After graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in 2000, Eric served as pastor of Victory Chapel for over six years. Eric is currently serving as the Executive Director of VICM, which he helped to found in 2000. He is an ordained elder with the International Conservative Holiness Association. Eric currently serves as the Christian Service Director for Union Bible College. In addition to administration of VICM, he and his family travel extensively to represent the ministry. The Himelick family is supported by the generous gifts of God's people and by the work that they do.

Dr. Stephen and Stephanie Gibson are full-time missionaries with VICM and parents of Stephen, Britney, Jonathan, Zachary, Joshua and Caleb. Steve is a graduate of Union Bible College, Th.B, 1988, Louisiana Baptist University, MA, 1994, Wesley Biblical Seminary, MA , 1996 and Grace Theological Seminary, D.Min., 1998. He is an ordained elder in the Pilgrim Holiness Church. Steve is currently serving as Pastor of Victory Chapel and an adjunct professor at God's Bible School in Cincinnati, OH. He has eighteen years of full time teaching experience, including five years in Ukraine and work for several Bible colleges. Dr. Gibson helped publish Wesleyan literature for Ukraine & Russia. written and edited five books: Steps of Grace, Gods of the Prosperity Gospel, The Essential Wesley, I Believe: Fundamentals of the Christian Faith, and Practical Christianity: A Discipleship Course, a discipleship course that is being used by churches nationwide. The Gibson family is supported by the generous gifts of God?s people and by the work that they do.

Marcos and Melina Garcia are full-time missionaries with VICM, and parents of Stephanie. Born in Guatemala, he came to the U.S. in 1996. He graduated from Hope International Ministries Hispanic Institute in Hobe Sound, FL in 2000 with a degree in ministerial studies. He is a licensed elder with Iglesia Evangelica de Santidad. He came to work with VICM immediately after graduation. Marcos was instrumental in the founding our Hispanic congregation and is currently serving as the Pastor of Iglesia Evangelica de Santidad "Monte Sinai". He is now actively engaged in reaching out to the Hispanic community of Indianapolis. The Garcia family is supported by the generous gifts of God's people and by the work that they do.
